Q1. What's the difference between this workshop and your Design Spirit course ⇓
This Design Clarity workshop includes lessons that specifically guide you in developing your own Style Guide. While my Signature course, Design Sprit, helps you improve your design skills as a whole and teaches design best practices so you can create more polished and professional marketing collateral and graphics. Design Spirit includes all lessons that are included in the Design Clarity workshop, so if you're looking for a more in-depth design course and want to feel more confident not only in your brand style but also the layouts and professionalism of your graphics, check out Design Spirit!
Q2. Will you be teaching me how to design a logo and visual brand for my business? ⇓
Not really. My goal for this workshop is to connect you with the right design tools and knowledge, so you can create a more visually consistent overall vibe and a solid style guide for your business, and start looking more professional than ever in your visual marketing. Although we will dive into how cohesiveness and consistency in your designs can help increase the professionalism in your marketing as a whole (which naturally leads to a more refined visual brand) AND you will certainly develop skills that may assist you in creating your own visual brand… this is not a DIY branding course and we will not be covering how to design a logo, etc.
Q3. Do I need special design software to take this workshop? ⇓
No, you don’t need any special software to soak up the value of this workshop! In fact, I won’t be teaching you how to use ANY software -- you can apply everything you learn to any program!
I will provide you with your style guide templates in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva, but you can easily recreate it in any desired program.
Q4. Do I need to complete this workshop in a specific amount of time? ⇓
Nope! Design Clarity will always be here for you, so you can take it at your own pace. You have lifetime access, so feel free to revisit certain lessons and brush up as time goes on, too!
Q5. How much time will I need to dedicate to this course? ⇓
You can expect to spend about 2 hours taking in the course content. However, you will want to put in time putting what you’ve learned into action and outside this workshop and they time that will take varies from person to person! :)
